This is a great home for hosting outdoor get-togethers, planning weekend fishing trips or gardening, offering lots of flexibility for your lifestyle. Whether you're searching for your next home or investment opportunity, this property is ready for its next chapter. The sheds and workshop had water enter them in 2016 during a '100 year ' flood. It poured about 24 inches of rain. The house is on piers and did not flood and has never flooded. Also, the canal behind the property was dug twice as deep as before and drains they rain water at a very fast rate so the water drainage problem has been addressed.
