About this property

Live in the heart of River Club, a gated community with a private marina and pavilion, in a home built for easy everyday living and great entertaining. Rich architectural details, custom lighting, and custom window treatments give this home a polished feel from the moment you walk in. The home lives larger than its square footage. A welcoming foyer opens to the kitchen and living room, where you get clear views of the heated saltwater pool and outdoor kitchen designed by Livio Designs. The saltwater system is gentler on your skin and eyes, the heater lets you swim well beyond summer, and pool lights make evening swims and nighttime hangouts easy. Grill dinner, take a swim, and enjoy your own private backyard resort without ever leaving home. Best of all, pool service is included in the rent, so you get all the fun with none of the upkeep. The primary suite shares those same pool views and gives you room to unwind, with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and a large custom closet. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, a full bath, plenty of storage, and a balcony with iron railings and columns, perfect for morning coffee. Gated living means added privacy and peace of mind, and the location makes life simple. You're right in the Hwy 21 and I-12 retail corridor for shopping and dining, and just minutes from the Hwy 21 medical corridor, making this a great fit for medical professionals.
